Chuyên Viên Logistics

Fully in charge of all import, export and domestic logistics activities, partially in charge of customs compliance activities of the company. Ensure all inbound, outbound shipments and other business activities comply with the Vietnamese customs requirement & Bosch CD and resolving custom and trade compliance issues
Importation/ Exportation:

Manage and optimize transportation cost; analyze and select suitable logistic Vendors for department’s requirement of the project.- Provide the proper guidance to Internal Business Partners (IBP) for any kind of import/export topic more efficient and timely completion.
Record, update Import – Export databases and store all documents
Co- ordinate with Forwarders to prepare customs declarations & clearances, follow up to meet lead- time target.
Obtaining detail of end- user complaints; follows up with oversea vendor for shipping issues

Domestic logistics

Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time
Do Goods receipt on SAP
Support to manage Physical asset
Do payment for import – export cost
Arrange delivery schedule and receive Purchase orders
Handle domestic shipping request from departments

REQUIREMENTS

Good time management, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
Experience in Logistics process and customs clearance is preferred.
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree with studies related in supply chain, logistics, business process, process management or customer service.
Required language: Good in English
Ability to understand and evaluate information from a variety of sources
Experience and knowledge of process systems software (SAP/Microsoft/etc.) is preferred
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, high integrity with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team- oriented environment
