Chuyên Viên Pháp Chế (Nội Bộ, Từ 5 Năm Kinh Nghiệm, FinTech)

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate cross- functionally with Product, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Business teams to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business strategies.
Corporate Governance: Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and corporate filings.
Legal Research & Advisory: Stay up to date with regulatory developments and industry trends to provide proactive legal guidance.
Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating internal policies to ensure legal compliance and adherence to best practices.
Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
Risk Management: As a member of the Risk Management Council, identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate them while enabling business growth.
Dispute Resolution: Manage legal disputes and liaise with external counsel on litigation and arbitration matters as required.
Regulatory Compliance & Advisory: Ensure Gimo’s business operations comply with applicable financial, data privacy, and corporate regulations at both local and international levels.

Strong ability to analyze legal issues and provide clear, business- oriented solutions.
Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts.
Ability to manage multiple legal matters with accuracy and efficiency.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within fintech, banking, or corporate law firms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A practical, solution- focused mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM). Qualified to practice law in Vietnam.
Strong understanding of e- commerce regulations, data protection laws, and corporate governance.
