Chuyên Viên Phát Triển Phần Mềm Fullstack

Ensure system performance, reliability, and security across all services.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to break down requirements, estimate work, and deliver high- quality features.
Build clean, scalable REST APIs and work within a microservices architecture.
Write maintainable, testable code and participate in code reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues with strong ownership and quick decision- making.
Work with DevOps tooling to support deployments, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure improvements.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using NodeJS (primary) and contribute to frontend using ReactJS.

Familiarity with infrastructure tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) is a plus.
Strong problem- solving mindset, clear thinking, and attention to detail.
Experience with vibe code.
Strong understanding of API design, RESTful best practices, and microservices.
Solid frontend experience with ReactJS.
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) is a plus.
Hands- on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
3+ years of backend development experience— with NodeJS.
Knowledge of relational and non- relational systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, or similar.
