Chuyên Viên Tuân Thủ Chất Lượng

Tuân thủ:
- Kiểm duyệt bao bì, nhãn mác và nội dung quảng cáo đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định pháp luật.
- Lập và nộp hồ sơ công bố sản phẩm; quản lý giấy phép quảng cáo và các chứng nhận cần thiết.
- Đại diện công ty trong các buổi làm việc với cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền.

Compliance Review: Approve packaging, labeling, and marketing claims to ensure they meet the law regulations and specialized industry circulars.
Dossier Management: Prepare and submit product notification dossiers; manage advertising licenses and required certifications
Authority Liaison: Represent the company in technical working sessions with the competent authorities.

Quản lý chất lượng (QA):
- Thực hiện đánh giá tại hiện trường và thẩm định hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (cGMP, ISO) của các nhà máy sản xuất.
- Giám sát quy trình phát triển với đối tác gia công, từ khâu duyệt công thức đến sản xuất đại trà.
- Xác định các chỉ tiêu kỹ thuật sản phẩm và kiểm tra hồ sơ lô/phiếu kiểm nghiệm (COA).

Technical Specs: Define product specifications and review Batch Records/Certificates of Analysis (COA).
OEM Control: Oversee the development process with outsourcing partners, from formulation approval to mass production.
Vendor Auditing: Perform site audits and evaluate the quality management systems (cGMP, ISO) of manufacturers.

Hệ thống dài hạn:
- Nhận diện rủi ro tiềm ẩn trong thành phần sản phẩm hoặc chuỗi cung ứng và đề xuất phương án giảm thiểu.
- Xây dựng và chuẩn hóa quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng cho dòng hàng nhãn riêng.

SOP Development: Build and standardize the quality control workflow for Private Label products.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in product ingredients or supply chains and propose mitigation plans.

Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
English proficiency (Technical reading & writing)
2+ years in QA/RA roles, specifically in regulated industries (Cosmetics, FMCG, or Medical Devices)
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related technical fields
Ability to work under pressure and teamwork
Honest, patient and responsible
