Recruitment:
- Collaborate with all Department Managers to prepare job descriptions for roles.
- Coordinate mass recruitment for peak production seasons including using the labor supplying service.
- Lead onboarding for new comers ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with all Department Managers to identify manpower needs.
- Posting the vacancies job to find the candidates
Training & Development
- Develop or update training materials tailored to each department.
- Maintain training records in compliance with ISO standards.
- Track training attendance and effectiveness through assessments and supervisor feedback.
- Identify training needs in company
- Coordinate mandatory trainings such as ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
HR Support
- Participate in audits related to HR compliance (internal or customer audits).
- Support initiatives to reduce turnover, improve worker morale, and strengthen workforce stability.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes for line workers and supervisors.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
*Experience with high- volume recruitment and factory staffing is an advantage.
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Management, or related fields.
*3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Key Skills
*Knowledge of labor laws.
*Understanding of manufacturing workflows and factory positions.
*Ability to train employees with varying education levels.
*Strong organizational skills, especially in coordinating large groups.
*Strong communication and interview skills.
*Proficiency in MS Office and in HR systems is an advantage
