- Recruitment & Talent Sourcing: Support recruitment for engineers/staff; coordinate needs; manage sourcing–interviewing; maintain pipelines.- Employee Administration: Manage attendance/scheduling; support employee relations; assist onboarding and performance checks.- Process Improvement: Suggest improvements for recruitment and manpower efficiency; support HR policy updates.- Other tasks by supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
* Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.* Experience:- Minimum of 3–4 years in recruiting engineers and office staff within a manufacturing company.* Professional Skills:- Recruitment of engineers and office employees.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or other HR/Recruitment systems.- Foreign languages: English / Chinese.* Soft Skills:- Strong verbal and written communication.- Problem- solving abilities.- Data analysis and planning.- Self- learning and continuous development.
