Mô tả công việc
- Checking and updating daily attendance of employees
- Handle and manage government training grant applications. Assist in preparing for in- house training such as refreshments, setting up training venue, etc.
- To support HR activities such as festive celebration, annual dinner, CSR, town hall meeting, etc.
- Perform other related duties as required by the HR Manager
- Perform recruitment process includes monitor the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees’ record etc.
- Handling hotel/transport booking for employees on business trip including air- ticket and visa
- Assist in training process includes monitor the training requisition, source for training courses, update training records includes internal/external trainings and on- the- job trainings.
- Provide day to day local HR operations support including onboarding & offboarding.
- Ensure employee disciplinary matters are properly handled and record
- Preparation of HR- related reports
- Handling full spectrum of oversea employee support including new application, renewal of work permit, per diem, temporary residence card, purchase of insurance, transportation and dormitory- related matters
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Human Resources, BA or related fields- 2 to 3 years’ C&B experience and recruitment in manufacturing industry- Attention to detail, high integrity, able to work independently- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications- Good knowledge in VN Labor Code- Having good English communication skills
