Client Management Executive

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and collect consumer and market feedback to improve products and strategies.
· Present product concepts, marketing plans, and business updates to clients and internal
· Prepare presentation materials and slides (PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva) for client meetings, internal reviews, and business proposals.
· Manage and grow assigned client accounts; act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
· Develop and support product marketing and trade marketing plans, including product launches and in- store promotions.
· Source and develop new products with local and international suppliers, coordinating the full NPD process from concept to launch.
· Regularly visit the market to monitor competitors, product displays, and identify new product and concept ideas.
· Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and trade support; calculate product costs, selling prices, and margins by SKU.

· Proficient in presentation preparation and slide design using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva.
· Consumer- oriented thinking with a passion for product development and continuous improvement.
· Solid understanding and hands- on experience with Modern Trade retail models.
· Good market research and trend analysis capabilities.
· Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role; preference for candidates with experience in FMCG categories.
· Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and planning skills.
· Good English communication skills for daily work and meetings.
· Proactive, hard- working, and responsible, able to work under pressure with a strong learning mindset.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields.
