ABOUT THE ROLE
You will speak with inbound leads, understand their goals, assess their suitability, and clearly explain how we can support them. You need to know how to build trust, lead conversations with confidence, and help clients feel ready to move forward.
As a Client Strategy Manager, your main responsibility is to guide prospective high- value clients toward a confident decision to engage our services.
This is a consultative sales role. You are expected to convert suitable prospects into signed clients while delivering a professional and supportive experience.
This role is best suited to professionals who are confident guiding clients toward a decision while maintaining a high standard of integrity.
Your role is to provide migration pathway guidance and coordination only. All migration, legal, and employment advice is delivered by our licensed professionals from Australia. You are not required nor permitted to give such advice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide clients toward a decision and secure their commitment
Speak with prospective clients and understand their goals
Work with licensed professionals when formal advice is required
Keep the conversation moving and follow up when needed
Lead structured consultations that build trust
Clearly explain our services and process
Maintain a professional, responsive client experience
Ask the right questions to assess if they are a good fit
Convert qualified leads into signed clients

Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer- facing role, preferably in the migration or related consulting services sector.
· Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
· A passion for helping others achieve their dreams of relocating abroad.
· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Self- motivated, goal- oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
· Knowledge of migration processes and regulations is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
