Cloud/ Cloud DevOps Engineer (CDS)

Manage Linux operating systems, including system configuration and image creation.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Establish and execute data backup and restore procedures to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
Configure IPSec VPN connections and manage routing protocols such as BGP.
Configure and manage NGINX as a reverse proxy for web services.
Configure and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP, including networking, computing, routing, and firewall management.
Manage and configure AWS services such as AWS Landing Zone, VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, ELB, EKS, ECR, API Gateway, AWS WAF, and CloudWatch.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams and manage project communication using tools such as Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
Configure and manage network and security components including Akamai CDN and WAF services.
Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using Amazon EKS, including Ingress configuration and Blue- Green deployment strategies.
Manage and optimize databases including RDS MySQL and AuroraDB, monitor database performance, and improve query efficiency.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning.
Integrate tools such as SonarQube for code quality analysis and Nexus for artifact repository management.
Implement monitoring solutions including APM, synthetic monitoring, browser monitoring, and alert management.
Utilize Kubernetes tools such as Horizontal Pod Autoscaler (HPA), Kubernetes Dashboard, and Helm Charts for application deployment and management.
Monitor system performance and logs using monitoring tools such as New Relic and Datadog.

Proven experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins.
Hands- on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Understanding of networking concepts, VPN configuration, and cloud security practices.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic or Datadog.
English proficiency minimum Toeic 450 (with speaking grade 160 or above) or equivalent
Experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience working with containerization and orchestration technologies, especially Kubernetes and EKS.
Strong problem- solving skills, analytical thinking, and communication ability.
Strong knowledge of Linux system administration.

Experience managing Kubernetes deployments using Helm Charts.
Experience working with artifact repositories such as Nexus and code quality tools such as SonarQube.
Experience working with database systems such as MySQL, RDS, or AuroraDB.
Experience with CDN and WAF services such as Akamai.
Familiarity with scripting or automation tools.
Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
