Club Lounge Manager (F&B Requirement)

Assist in managing budgets, costs, inventory, and departmental reporting
Support performance management, training, and staff development (reviews, coaching, succession)
Support the Director of Guest Services in managing all Club Lounge operations, events, and guest activities
Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Bars, and other departments for seamless service delivery
Lead daily Lounge operations, delivering high- quality food & beverage offerings (breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails)
Oversee the Club InterContinental Lounge to ensure exceptional experiences for VIPs, IHG Rewards, Ambassador members, and Villa guests
Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service quality and satisfaction scores
Engage with guests, build strong relationships, and ensure memorable, tailored experiences
Inspire, train, and manage the team to provide personalized, anticipatory service
Maintain strong communication and teamwork across all departments

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years in a management role
Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and guest engagement
Excellent communication and leadership skills
5+ years in luxury hospitality, with strong F&B background
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Experience in Club Lounge or similar high- end environment is highly preferred

Qualifications
