Cluster Senior Sales Manager (M.I.C.E)

Highly preferred, especially handling conference, meeting, banquet, and incentive group business.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Strategic thinker with strong market analysis skills and the ability to develop and implement M.I.C.E sales strategies and business plans.
Leadership or team management experience is an advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar position at hotel sales, preferably in the M.I.C.E or Corporate/Events segment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in hospitality, Business, Marketing or related fields.
