Job Description:

Choose appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and materials (e.g., aluminum, steel) to achieve optimal machining results for complex parts.
Configure 3- 5 axis CNC milling machines, including selecting and installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces, ensuring proper alignment and calibration for complex geometries.
Analyze and refine 3- 5 axis machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize material waste while maintaining quality.
Stay updated on advancements in 3- 5 axis milling technology and propose innovative solutions to enhance production capabilities.
Lead CNC team to develop, test, and optimize 5- axis CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Hypermill) and G- code to meet precise engineering specifications.
Inspect machined components using precision measuring tools (e.g., CMM, micrometers, calipers) to verify compliance with technical drawings and GD&T standards.
Operate 3- 5 axis CNC mills to produce intricate parts with tight tolerances, monitoring performance to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain detailed records of programs, setups, tool paths, and inspection results for traceability and process improvement.

Expertise in G- code programming and toolpath optimization for complex geometries
Good English communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Minimum of 3- 5 years of hands- on experience in 3- 5 axis CNC milling, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Hypermill) for 3- 5 axis programming.
Familiarity with materials such as metals (aluminum, titanium, steel) and composites.
