Colorist - Chuyên Viên Chỉnh Màu

Key Responsibilities

Perform color correction and color grading to achieve desired visual style/ Thực hiện color correction và color grading để đạt được phong cách hình ảnh mong muốn
Experiment with different grading styles and visual techniques/ Thử nghiệm các phong cách màu sắc và kỹ thuật hình ảnh khác nhau
Receive project briefs, shot lists, scripts, or reference materials to understand creative direction/ Tiếp nhận brief, shot list, kịch bản hoặc tài liệu tham chiếu để nắm định hướng sáng tạo
Ensure color consistency across all shots and sequences/ Đảm bảo sự đồng nhất màu sắc giữa các cảnh quay
Review and organize raw footage in preparation for color grading/ Xem và sắp xếp footage thô để chuẩn bị cho quá trình chỉnh màu
Work closely with editors, directors, and creative teams to align on visual direction/ Phối hợp với editor, director và team creative để đảm bảo đúng định hướng hình ảnh
Manage and export final color- graded files according to technical requirements/ Xuất file hoàn chỉnh theo đúng yêu cầu kỹ thuật

Candidate requirements

Ability to understand and execute creative direction/ Có khả năng hiểu và triển khai đúng định hướng sáng tạo
Good communication and teamwork skills / Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt
Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and color spaces / Hiểu về định dạng video, codec và không gian màu
Proficiency in color grading software (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, etc.) / Thành thạo các phần mềm chỉnh màu (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere,…)
Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics / Có mắt thẩm mỹ tốt và chú ý đến chi tiết
Problem- solving skills and adaptability / Có khả năng xử lý vấn đề và thích nghi tốt
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines/ Quản lý thời gian tốt và đảm bảo deadline
Strong knowledge of color theory, correction, and grading techniques/ Hiểu rõ lý thuyết màu sắc, kỹ thuật chỉnh màu và grading
Experience working with video editing and post- production workflows / Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong quy trình hậu kỳ video
Creative mindset and ability to experiment with styles / Có tư duy sáng tạo và khả năng thử nghiệm nhiều phong cách
