JOB OBJECTIVES:
• This role is the growth engine of the company. The Commercial Director owns all revenue—current and future.
Company’s ecosystem (teams, creators, IPs, media, events, tech products) into high- performing commercial units.
You will architect new business models, diversify income streams, build strategic partnerships, and turn
RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:
You are required to:
Revenue Strategy & Monetization Architecture – 40%
• Examples: subscription models, media IP revenue, creator commerce, tournaments, brand partnerships, paid communities, licensing.
• Create and execute the master plan for the brand’s commercialization across esports, content, IPs, creators, events, and branded productions.
Partnership & Portfolio Expansion – 30%
• Grow commercial ecosystem through sponsors, advertisers, media partners, publishers, agencies, technology partners, and cross- border collaborations.
• Competencies: dealmaking, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, stakeholder management.
Integrated Commercial Campaigns – 20%
• Turn the company&039;s content, teams, and creators into high- performing commercial assets.
• Lead co- branded content campaigns, partner activations, storytelling packages, and cross- platform
monetization.
Commercial Operations & Performance – 10%
• Build the commercial dashboard, track revenue performance, forecast pipelines, and work with Finance, Media and Esports Ops to ensure delivery quality.
