Commercialization Technician (Footwear - Good English) ~ 45 - 55 Mill Vnd [26731 - Nam Dinh/Ha Nam]

Drive the Dev- Com process from prototype package receipt through initial production with deeper focus starting during the Tech 1 phase. Facilitate communication & collaboration with key stake- holders at all times to drive decision- making. Ensure projects meet the brand & consumer needs and can be mass produced on time at targeted costs. Strive for continuous improvement in all areas of Dev- Com cycle

Main Responsibilities
65% Operations & Delivery:
- Review designs, molds, SOPs, and packaging
- Manage the entire commercialization process from RTB package receipt to mass production
- Coordinate with factories; conduct technical trials; resolve issues during fit/wear stages
- Ensure timelines, cost, and quality standards
- Propose alternative solutions for construction, materials, and costing; frequently travel to factories for supervision.

15% Collaboration & Team Building:
- Participate in product/competitor analysis
- Paintain communication and collaboration with teams, factories, and partners; build effective working relationships.
- Support sample development (Proto, GTM, Sales samples, etc.); address design, material, and cost issues

15% Processes & Best Practices:
- Research and apply new technologies.
- Participate in quality reviews and defective product feedback; propose new ideas
- Improve commercialization processes

5% Training:
- Share expertise in using tools, analyzing drawings/test results.
- Guide and train colleagues within the BU
- Attend training courses/workshops to enhance skills; travel as required.
- Update knowledge on new technologies

- Ability to thrive in fast- paced global environments,
- English: Intermediate level
- 5–10+ years in the footwear industry
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM systems, and technical knowledge of materials, molds, compounds, and foot anatomy.
- Strong expertise in development, commercialization, materials, product construction, and manufacturing.
- Strong leadership behaviors, problem- solving ability, effective communication, planning and foresight,
