Prepare the daily mis- en- place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites
Assist in the preparation, production, presentation and service of all meals, ensure they are served at the correct times, within the Company&039;s standards
Prepare breads and pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate

Feel comfortable working in a fast- paced environment requiring multitasking
Strong problem- solving skills required
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
High school diploma or suitable equivalent
Tourism & Hospitality experience preferred
