Commodity Sourcing Supervisor / Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES- Negotiate terms, unit price, rebate, MOQ, LT for in- house suppliers; you will be responsible for supplier scorecard
JOB SUMMARYCommodity Manager for Motor/Die Casting Commodity- Manage productivity, supplier strategy, supplier scorecard, localization for in- house material spend for all business units.
- Understand market cost for commodity and processing and emerging processes
- Build relationships with supplier and internal TTI cross functional teams
- Effectively manage team members to complete annual KPI
- Execute cost savings strategies and supplier strategies., follow up through completion with internal teams (quality, ENG, PMC)

REQUIREMENTS
Education

Bachelor’s degree in any business- related field or Psychology.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in sourcing/purchasing.
Hands- on experience in sourcing direct materials and managing supplier scorecards.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in Excel.
Strong negotiation skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Data analytics skills.
People management capabilities.

Language

IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent.
