Customer Service: Reception, Check- In,"Escort Guests to Their Room, Check- Out, Proactively Providing Information, Responding to Inquiries, Emergencies Handling and Reporting, Claim Handling.

Activity Planning, Application, Execution, Close and Announcement: Tours and Events

Educational Background: Associate Degree, Bachelor&039;s Degree, Master&039;s Degree or Higher
Foreign Language TOEIC Score of 700 or Above

Computer Proficient in Using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Operating Systems
Able to Communicate Fluently in English and Handle Customer Service Related Matters.
Good Communication Skills to Handle Customer and Partner Feedback and Resolve Disputes
Management in Service Industry and Customer Service Experience
