Compensation & Benefits Supervisor (Temporary- 8 Months Contract)

This position is responsible for overseeing the processes and activities related to the Rewards, Benefits & Payroll area for local employees and expats as an expert in this function.
Responsibilities
Compensation:
- Ensure the correct payroll treatment of International Assignees (in and out) and ensure their cost and payroll management.
- Manage Annual Salary Review and bonus payout process and procedure throughout the year.
- Provide reports for relevant stakeholders as per internal process and requests.
- Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timely manner by close working with the outsourced Payroll Provider and internal stakeholders.
Benefits:
- Ensure that the Benefits & Remuneration Surveys (internal and external) are accurately prepared and on time.
- Carry out the activities related to the Benefits including required reporting, communication to employees, relationship with suppliers and other functions.
Personal Income Tax:
- Work closely with Tax consultants/ Payroll Providers and administer monthly personal income tax declaration and payment for employees and quarterly for expatriates, compile annual personal income tax finalization and report to Tax Department in order to ensure full compliance with Tax Regulations.
- Update and inform of Tax Regulations to Management team and employees where necesssary.
HR Policies, System, Report and Personnel Filing:
- Prepare and submit internal reporting and external reports in compliance with the dues and schedules.
- Liase with central service team to maintain and update employee personnel data in HR system timely and to ensure data accuracy & correctness at all time.
- Maintain all C&B related policies to be updated for fullly compliance with local regulations, fairness with market and relevant to employees.
- Manage Employee Personnel Filing and Records according to internal process and to comply with local requirements.
Budget Planning:
- Prepare Salary & Fringe budget in accordance with financial reporting schedules throughout the year and monitor the actual versus budget on a regular basis.
Mobility Coordination:
- Be the consultant to advise expat employees and handle all requests/ queries related on Mobility policies and programs.
- Local contact for Vietnam to collaborate with global Mobility team for inbound and outbound assignments in the market in terms of payroll and tax management.
