Conceptual Interior Designer (with Revit Skill)

We are looking for a creative individual to join our team as an Interior Designer. The main responsibilities of the Interior Design include creating concept, creating 3D visualization, choosing materials and FF&E, managing drawing documentation and following up during construction.
To be a successful designer, you should be detail- oriented, flexible, and a good team player and have a strong knowledge of design stages, colors, textures and lighting as well as be able to use related standard software.

* Job description:
• To be familiar with design project stages and be able to drive an intermediate or big- scale projects
• To follow guidelines and perform other duties assigned by the team Manager
• To train Junior Designers and Interns if necessary
• To be able to travel for work if required
• To conduct site inspection when required
• To research, brainstorm, plan and develop interior design concepts/ solutions to meet clients&039; needs within timeline and cost constraints as assigned by the direct Manager
• To coordinate with internal design team for projects to meet project progress schedule
• To attend meetings with clients/ suppliers/ other consultants if necessary
• To perform 3D visualization for the designs and create basic graphic artworks/mapping for 3D use
• To be flexible to work on different other types of projects, such as hospitality, education,...
• To prepare spatial plans, presentation, mood boards, materials, FF&E selections and other related documents
