Key Responsibilities
About the Client

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws and internal corporate policies
Support corporate governance and internal control frameworks
Provide legal advisory to senior management on business operations and risk mitigation
Lead and manage all legal and compliance matters for the Vietnam business
Work closely with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with group standards
Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities when required

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (mandatory)
Strong expertise in corporate, commercial, and compliance
Experience in multinational or structured corporate environments
Must hold a valid Vietnamese practicing lawyer certificate
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leadership
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Minimum 8–12+ years of legal experience, including in- house exposure
