Construction Site Supervisor

Contractor Management: Oversee contractor performance, verify actual workloads for payment processing, and resolve any technical disputes or variations during construction.
Permit & Licensing Management: Act as the primary person in charge of processing and securing all necessary legal permits, construction licenses, and compliance documentation from local authorities.
Onsite Supervision: Monitor the daily progress of the "Tumbling" building project to ensure it stays on schedule and meets the company&039;s safety standards.
Contract & Price Negotiation: Take charge of negotiating contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with contractors and material suppliers to ensure cost- efficiency and project value.
Technical Inspection & Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections of construction activities to ensure all structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and architectural elements strictly adhere to technical standards and approved blueprints.

Experience: Proven experience in supervising industrial factory projects, with a strong background in negotiating with subcontractors and managing legal procedures.
Attitude: Honest, decisive in quality enforcement, and highly responsible toward project deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading complex technical drawings (AutoCAD) and a deep understanding of Vietnamese construction laws and permit processes.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks alongside onsite supervision.
