Consultant, Accounting & Tax (Hanoi Office)

In this exciting and challenging role, you will work in our Accounting & Tax Team located in our Hanoi office as
Consultant – Accounting & Tax.
You will work closely with clients and be part of a team responsible for meeting all aspects of clients’ relevant payroll and other needs in accordance with the signed service agreements.

The Consultant – Accounting and Tax will assist senior and junior officers whilst working as part of a team responsible for meeting all aspects of clients’ relevant accounting and other needs in accordance with the signed service agreements.
Key Responsibilities:

Check and verify invoices from vendors purchase monthly;
Preparing (print, classification and archive) hard copies of monthly accounting documentations for Accounting Senior to review and sign off;
Preparing monthly financial reports for review;
Ensure the quality of everything that is undertaken by Acclime is of the highest international standards.
Input and control data via accounting software;
Preparing and completing ongoing corporate tax obligations and commitments;
Analyzing specific accounts/ transactions on regular basis and taking appropriate actions;
Preparing and filing in master files for allocated clients;
Going out to prepare and lodge dossiers with the authorities and banks;
Ensure all invoices have full supporting documents, follow internal procedures are compliant with Vietnam Accounting Standards and Tax Regulations;

Job Requirements:

Confident communicating in intermediate English (spoken and written).
Exposure to different VAS compliant accounting software.
Desire to work in a Vietnamese accounting role within an international Business environment.
Graduate from a Vietnamese university with a major in Accounting.
Confident working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
