Appear on camera regularly (talking, reacting, hosting, POV- style)
Create short- form video content for: TikTok (primary channel) & Instagram Reels & Stories

Create Fun, Relatable Social Content
You will create content around:

English- speaking workplace moments (light, relatable, human)
POV & day- in- the- life videos
Office vibes & daily life (desk setups, “come to the office with me”, vibe checks)
Team & events (welcome days, celebrations, bonding, demo days)
Danang lifestyle & relocation stories
Light recruitment content (“we’re hiring”, “what you’ll own”, “join us”)
You are encouraged to:
Keep content authentic and human, not over- produced
Use trends, memes, and sounds naturally

Own the “Office + Events” Content Pillar

Help audiences imagine themselves working at Everfit
Capture real moments during: onboarding days, team events and celebrations, cultural rituals and daily interactions...
Turn our office into a recurring content engine

Plan, Shoot & Edit Content Independently

Maintain a consistent publishing rhythm: 2–4 TikTok videos & 2–3 Instagram Reels per week
Collaborate closely with Marketing and HR on themes, campaigns, and hiring priorities
Own the full content flow: including ideation and planning; filming (mostly phone- shot); editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools)

Language & Communication

Confident speaking English on camera when needed
Ensure content reflects Everfit’s brand: credible, modern, and globally minded
Use English naturally in captions, subtitles, and workplace moments
Able to adjust tone: Professional & confident (global product company), Friendly & approachable (culture, office, events)
Create content primarily in Vietnamese

KPIs & Page Growth Ownership: This role goes beyond content creation — you will be responsible for growing Everfit Vietnam’s TikTok & Instagram presence.
You will be measured on:

Content consistency and recurring series continuity
Video performance (views, watch time, completion rate)
Profile actions (profile visits, link clicks, DMs)
Engagement rate (likes, comments, saves, shares)
Follower growth (TikTok & Instagram)

Comfortable speaking, reacting, and storytelling on video
Energetic, expressive, and not camera- shy
You communicate with clarity and confidence in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written)
Experience creating content for TikTok and/or Instagram
Strong understanding of short- form video trends and formats
Able to shoot and edit content independently (phone- first)
Enjoy being visible and representing a brand publicly
Very confident in front of the camera
Nice to have:
Experience with employer branding, lifestyle, or culture contentInterest in tech, startups, or global product companies
Basic understanding of content performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement)
