Support content direction or mentorship for junior team members (if any).
Create and edit various content formats including short videos, social posts, blogs, email marketing, and landing pages.
Align all content activities with brand strategy and marketing objectives, ensuring high- quality and consistent execution.
Generate creative ideas and new content formats to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Work closely with Media, Design, and Account teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively and on schedule.
Analyze content performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) and propose data- driven optimization plans.
Develop and manage content strategies across multiple digital platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shopee, Lazada, website, etc.).
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Notion, or similar.
Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
Good communication in English (Thai is a plus)
Strong understanding of the customer journey and marketing funnel.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and insights.
At least 3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Digital Marketing (preferably in FMCG, eCommerce, beauty, or agency environments).
Proactive, detail- oriented, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast- paced environment.
