Content Moderator - Music Social Platform

Document and report trends, patterns, and potential risks in user- generated audio / picture / text content.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to maintain a safe and trusted platform environment.
Review and moderate audio / picture / text content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive audio / picture / text material.

Deep understanding of regional slang, music, pop culture, and linguistic nuances within your native language.
Minimum B2- level English certificate.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) over and above any one native language listed above.
5 days/week (any 2 days off).
Shift: Rotate 24/7 (according to the arrangement of the team leader).
Flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Rotating shifts: 9 hours/shift/month (including 1.5 hour rest).
High level of maturity and judgment to identify and handle sensitive vs. nonsensitive content appropriately.

Meal allowance: 500.000 vnd/month.
Annual Health Checkup.
Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to 1.200.000 vnd/month.
Base Salary: 7.500.000 vnd/month.
100% salary in 2- month probation time.
13th Monthly Salary.
