HCN is currently present in 6 countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, with a portfolio of more than 2,000 creators across multiple categories.
Hepmil Creators&039; Network (HCN) is a social commerce- focused MCN agency that connects brands with top TikTok creators in Southeast Asia. We offer an all- in- one KOL service, from data- driven KOL selection to campaign management, helping brands reach a young Millennial and Gen Z audience and grow revenue through their highly engaged content.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Transform ideas and general concepts into actions, projects, and completed products or messages.
Be on top of what is trending & viral on TikTok and upcoming social platforms
Work closely with Business Team to give creative consultation to clients, especially for TikTok campaigns
Support the creation of HCN’s marketing material(creator photoshoots, video shoots)
Strategise and ideate for sponsored and organic creative work ( Video, Live,Hashtag...)
Liaise with creator team to explore growth strategies with creators
Learn the ropes of conceptualising ideas for pitches and client campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

Understanding of the influencer marketing landscape is a strong plus.
Ability to adapt to fast- changing environments and work effectively under pressure.
Strong analytical, decision- making, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
Ensure compliance with company policies and external regulatory requirements where applicable.
Third- year students or fresh graduates with a passion for the E- commerce and MCN industry.
Open- minded, creative, and a strong team player.
