Prepare reports and conduct other tasks as requested by the Manager.
Provide all necessary information/ proper guidance and clients&039; requests to the team for their execution
Resposible for collecting outstanding debts
Review applications for audits and ensure that the Executing Affliate is qualified to conduct this audit and that no conflicts of interest apply
Act as Operation Manger in her absence if deligated (daily work)
Ensure auditors are allocated taking into account qualifications, turnaround time and any scheme or client specific requirements
Arrange audit in line with Global RBS, Scheme and Client specific procedures.Retain key customers.
Ensure confidentiality of audit arrangements and manage release of any data appropriately
Meet agreed turnaround times for reporting and other deliverables or escalate to relevant management where this cannot be achieved
Liaise with Sales team and auditor team
Review of all job files before they are closed
Yêu cầu công việc
Good reading skill in Vietnamese and English.
Good communication skills.
University or College Graduation.
At least 1 year experience in coordinator for Operation Department (same service industry is an advance).
Microsoft office skills, Administrative Writing Skills.
