Corporate Culture & Training Section Manager

Support HR Manager in managing HR operations.
Oversee HR compliance (Vietnamese labor laws, ISO/HSE), performance management, and workforce effectiveness.
Drive employee engagement and reinforce company culture and core values through strategic people development and proactive issue resolution.
Manage learning & development budget.
Collect feedback from employees and managers related to workplace culture and engagement, and propose improvement actions where necessary.
Develop training materials and internal trainers.
Evaluate training effectiveness and report training results.
Assess training needs and develop annual training plans.
Manage HR activities aligned with company strategy, focusing on Training & Development to build a strong learning culture.
Development and reinforcement of company culture and core values through HR practices, training programs, and people development initiatives.
Propose improvement initiatives to HR systems and practices.
Manage disciplinary processes, warnings, and employee relations cases.
Prepare periodic HR reports: training, compliance, employee relations, engagement.
Optimize update HR policies, procedures, internal labor regulations.
Integrate company values, expected behaviors, and cultural standards into onboarding, internal training, leadership development, and employee development activities.
Coordinate with authorities during labor inspections or audits.
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of HR records.
Organize onboarding, internal training, leadership and soft skills training.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law, internal policies and company regulations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong planning, organizing, coordination and training skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands- on experience in Training & Development and HR Compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR- related systems.
Good in English communication, presentation.
Experience working in manufacturing or ISO/HSE environment is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, and relevant labor regulations.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
High integrity, confidentiality, and sense of responsibility.
Analytical thinking, problem- solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
