Corporate Sales Executive

New Target Customer Acquisition:
Develop, pursue, and secure a list of target customer accounts based on customer criteria and alignment with Group and commercial strategy.

Pursue and secure target opportunities from the defined target customer list
Define, regularly review and build a pipeline of target customers

Coordinate engagement of sales activities with key stakeholders.
Accountable for developing, leading and meeting/exceeding sales and revenue plans measured in terms of:​

Drive a credible sales pipeline value across new and renewal business
Gross Revenue Wins
Gross Revenue Actual Contribution
Communicate service value to promote upsold revenues with legacy accounts

Key Performance Indicators:
Business Growth Targets for New and Existing Business as agreed measured in:

Actual Renewal Business (Gross Revenue)
Maintained Renewal Business (annualized Gross revenue)
Secured New Business (annualized Gross Revenue)
Actual New Business (Gross Revenue)

Quality of Pipeline measured in:

Conversion Rate
Pipeline Value (New Business and Renewal Business)
CRM Compliance

Engagement and leadership across different internal stakeholder groups

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline preferably holding diploma/degree in Management with 1- 2 years plus experience.
At least 2- 3 years of experience in Healthcare industry
Proven expertise in one or several of the following areas:

Healthcare: Health Check Up; Laboratory Services
Forecasting, planning management, customer management
