Manage and grow existing corporate accounts, ensuring long- term partnerships and contract renewals.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report sales performance.
(For Manager/Supervisor level) Lead, coach, and manage the corporate sales team to achieve targets.
Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, service scope, SLAs, and payment terms.
Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients such as enterprises, insurance partners, and organizations.
Develop and execute corporate (B2B) sales strategies for medical services, including health check- ups, diagnostics, medical packages, and corporate wellness programs.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to corporate healthcare needs.
Coordinate with medical, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Yêu cầu công việc
Supervisor: Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in medical, healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, or pharmaceutical industries.
Good command of English, especially when working with multinational clients.
Manager: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, including team management experience.
Proven ability to manage corporate clients and key accounts.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship- building skills.
Good understanding of medical services and healthcare operations is a strong advantage.
Results- oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and contract management skills.
