1 Production Variance for General Ledger
Review and analyze variances in cost and inventory between previous months,
budgets, forecasts. Provide insight to management on possible control or
efficiency improvements.

Manufacturing Cost Control
Arrange optimal business processes between Production – Warehouse – Finance
(Operation)- D365
Manage to control production order (production variances including qty. and value,
completeness status…) in D365
- Check and make sure all Production Order was update status and “End" production
rder
- Check & make sure Production Orders variance are control with C4 – Correct
Consistent/Complete/Clear
- Identify any significant variances between Std and actual cost. Analyse and identify
any next steps to improve overall cost and control.
Control Production posting Journal
Stock- count at Production and Warehouse on count activities as ref to Counting
process
Various activities related to month end / year end for costing.
Inventory Control
Arrange optimal business processes between
Finished Good Warehouse: CS – WH – Finance
Raw Material Warehouse (Purchasing / Quality / warehouse / customs and
(Inbound – Outbound)
For above end to end process- Review process and review process compliance
by doing spot check and risk analysis.
Identify risks and suggest improvements. Pro- actively work with various
departments to improve efficiency and control.
Control stock Aging/obsolete, blocked stock…. to make “Provision” and identify
ways to minimize cost to company.
Identify early if some raw material stock or FG stock is at risk of getting in
lder buckets or whether process needs to be improved to minimize
creation of new ageing/obsolete stock.
Scrap & waste disposal control

• Experience with D365 or SAP
• Able to see both the higher level view as well as go into details to find the root cause of problems.
• English level: Good
• Good communication skill- ability to explain, train and hold people accountable for their parts of the process
• License & Certificate Bachelor/ Master
• Initiative- Ability to propose effective ideas and recommendations to improve process and system
• No. of general work experience 4- 6 years of experience
• Experience with costing (actual and standard costing) in a manufacturing.
• Ability to prioritize work task and work under pressure.
