RESPONSIBILITIES & TRAINING PROGRAM:
Other tasks required by F&B cost controller and beverage coordinator
Support month- end close activities related to costing process including month- end inventory reconciliation
Monthly compare the purchasing price to all venues
Export and summarize the data from the SONET system such as purchasing, transfer in and out
Follow and report the wastage of all venues
Weekly support the accounting team to cross- check the transfer data of all venues in the Sonet system
Assist with prepare monthly cost report
Input data into inventory list & Support to do the inventory variance report
Update the costing price for all sold items of all venues by category
Participate the monthly inventory at venues
Update the food master list and recipe & F&B promotion information
Yêu cầu công việc
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
