Responsible for auditing the costs of each department within the Hotel to ensure effectiveness
To prepare monthly F&B cost reports including reconciliation summarier
To monitor slow moving stock items held in storage and to highlight such on a timely basis
Other tasks as Chief Accoutant&039;s requests
To ensure a system of control to avoid excessive cost by reducing waste and other losses
To ensure the establishment of records on a daily basis for both foods issued to the kitchen from the storeroom as well as perishable foods delivered directly to the kitchen
To assist in identifying problems in the F&B operations early so that they can be resolved before they turninto major problems
Yêu cầu công việc
• Computer (Word, Excel...), software, level B or C certificate in English
• Hard work, be honest, active in work as well as ready to work under high pressure.
• Negotiation and problem- solving skills.
• Economy, Finance college/University.
• Minimum of two (02) years’ experience in Cost Controller
