Costing Assistant Manager (Temporary 9 months)

JOB PURPOSES
The Costing Supervisor will be responsible for setting up and maintenance of accurate process cost information, reconciliation of standard costs to actual costs, maintenance of perpetual inventory system, participating in the month end close and budgeting process, assisting Reporting & Performance Manager and other stakeholders with day- to- day operations and reporting requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Routine management:

Analyse the Variance of Industry Cost, Variance Logistic Cost, Price & Performance variance of materials, Volume variance, Mix variance, Non- operation cost analyst.
Own the Supply Chain Financial Data (SCFD) and calculated Supply Chain KPIs monthly, weekly
Maintain standard costs for two factories yearly & Ad- hoc case.
Perform month- end costing closing on SAP systems for two factories.
Track the production and sales volume weekly/ monthly to ensure inventory movement and balances were reconciled with the general ledger.
Track the price of all materials and the usage of all costing components in the production process
Track, analyse, and benchmark factory manufacturing and development overhead costs.
Simplify the process and define standardized process with all templates.

Customer relationship management

To meet the satisfaction of customers through effective communication and assistance

Good English communication and negotiation skill
Strong communication and management of daily operation skills
Knowledge of monthly closing processes, management reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Very good knowledge of finance & accounting processes
3- 5 years costing experience in manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting related fields.
Familiar with SAP is a must
Good statistical knowledge and the ability to apply statistics to product and process improvement projects.
Good working skills on MS Excel, SAP, workflow
