Job Purpose
- Work with other departments to analyze the complaint and make the 8D report.
- Receiving the customer complaint information.
Job Duties:
Prepare the meeting with other departments for root cause analysis and CAPA.
Receive customer complaints and work with related departments for issue analysis.
Preparation of 8D reports, application of problem- solving tools (PDCA, 8D, others). Operating the relevant IT ERP systems (SAP/IFS…).
Work with SAP system to complete the task and control the response on- time.
Initiate quality assurance and quality improvement measures. Check effectiveness and start corrective measures if necessary.
Complete the other tasks from Lab & customer quality manager.
Discussion with customers, development, design and production (e.g CIP…), as well as all product sites.
Yêu cầu công việc
English spoken and written well.
Experience handling customer complaints in the electronic field (1- 3 years’ experience).
Processing of customer complaints and preparation of 8D reports.
Using quality tools FMEA, Ishikawa diagram, 5 Whys…
University/College Degree.
Fault analysis on power suppliers, chargers and battery packs.
Analytical thinking, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility.
