Creative Designer

You will be responsible for executing design tasks, supporting content production, and working closely with team members to deliver engaging visuals across multiple platforms.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer (Mid Level) to join our Design Team, supporting the creation of visual assets for Social and Digital platforms.
This role is suitable for someone with a good eye for design and an interest in visual storytelling, who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast- paced creative environment.
Job Description:
Creative Concept & Visual Direction

Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
Contribute to the development of creative ideas and visual directions for social, digital campaigns, and other business units.
Translate briefs into visually engaging designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Design & Motion Content Production

Create motion graphics, simple animations, and short- form videos for social and digital platforms.
Design and produce key visuals, social posts, digital banners, video ads, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with Social, Planning, and Performance teams to enhance visual effectiveness.

Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness

Explore different styles and approaches to keep designs fresh and relevant.
Stay updated with design trends, social content formats, and platform updates.

Reporting & Communication

Report directly to the Design Lead.
Work with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements and timelines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and support content and creative planning.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in creative agencies, digital media, or performance marketing environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design capabilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under deadlines.
Experience designing for social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and e- commerce environments.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Good aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and visual storytelling ability.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn and grow within the team.
Familiarity with AI tools for image creation is a plus.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
