Creative Intern (Video & Social Media Content)

● Edit short- form videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
● Assist in filming and recording exhibitions, events, interviews, and behind- the- scenes activities
● Prepare videos in platform- specific formats, ratios, and resolutions
● Support editing of longer- form video content such as interviews and documentation
● Support content preparation, organization, and basic scheduling for digital publication
● Edit and retouch visual assets to ensure consistency and quality across social media platforms
● Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final exports

● Familiarity with social media video formats and content trends
● Familiarity with design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
● Basic to intermediate experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
● Detail- oriented, well- organized, and open to feedback
● Interest in art, culture, or creative industries
● Comfortable working with cameras and hands- on filming
● Prior experience documenting events or behind- the- scenes content is a plus
● Proactive, hands- on, and willing to learn through practice
● Fluency in Vietnamese and English, written and spoken
● Strong interest in video production, content creation, and digital storytelling

Duration: 6 months
Work schedule: 3 days per week
1 day working remotely, task- dependent
2 days at the VAC Hanoi office
Compensation: VND 4,000,000 per month
