Creative Direction
Ensure consistency and coherence across all visual materials.
Oversee the conceptual development of visual assets across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
Lead the creative development concepts, visual identity, and maintain visual style guidelines in alignment with brand strategy across all platforms (digital, print, social media, VMD, POSM, etc.).
Translate brand strategy into creative execution to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Project & Workflow Management:
Plan and prioritize design tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
Coordinate with stakeholders (marketing, product, sales, etc.) to understand creative needs.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Quality Improvement:
Set benchmarks for design quality and continually raise the bar for creative output.
Conduct regular design audits and critique sessions to identify areas of improvement.
Introduce best practices, tools, and processes to streamline design operations.
Collaboration & Communication:
Act as a bridge between the creative team and other departments.
Present design strategies and concepts to senior leadership.
Translate strategic objectives into compelling creative solutions.
Team Leadership:
Facilitate creative reviews and ensure design output meets internal quality standards.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help team members grow professionally.
Lead and mentor a team of graphic, UI/UX, and visual designers.

Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a creative team.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design across multiple formats.
5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
