Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và quản lý hệ thống triển khai sáng tạo và marketing, tập trung vào cấu trúc đội ngũ và phương pháp làm việc.
Responsible for building and managing the creative and marketing execution system, focusing on team structure and working methodologies.
Trách nhiệm chính | Key Responsibilities
• Chuyển hóa mục tiêu kinh doanh thành chiến lược marketing có thể triển khai/ Translate business objectives into executable marketing strategies
• Giám sát logic quảng cáo và phản hồi hiệu quả/ Oversee advertising logic and performance feedback
• Tham gia xây dựng proposal cùng Project Manager/ Participate in proposal development together with the Project Manager
• Tuyển dụng và quản lý nhân sự marketing – sáng tạo/ Recruit, manage, and develop marketing and creative team members
• Xây dựng và quản lý đội ngũ sáng tạo, chiến lược, nội dung, thiết kế và quảng cáo/ Build and manage creative, strategy, content, design, and advertising teams
• Thiết lập quy trình sản xuất sáng tạo và nội dung/ Establish creative and content production workflows
• Xây dựng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng đầu ra/ Define output quality standards

• 5–10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sáng tạo / marketing/ 5–10 years of experience in creative or marketing roles
• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm/ Proven experience managing teams
• Hiểu rõ chiến lược marketing và hệ thống nội dung/ Strong understanding of marketing strategy and content systems
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và ra quyết định tốt/ Strong communication and decision- making skills
• Có khả năng xây dựng quy trình và phương pháp làm việc/ Ability to build workflows and working methodologies

• Công ty cung cấp thiết bị làm việc/ Company- provided working equipment.
• BHXH full lương, thử việc 2 tháng hưởng 85% lương/ Full social insurance; 2- month probation at 85% of agreed salary.
