Role Overview
As a Creative Marketing Specialist, you will bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical execution. Beyond producing high- quality visuals, you are expected to contribute to content strategies that drive engagement and support sales objectives. We are looking for a "hands- on" creator who can independently develop business tools while ensuring a professional and responsive brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Enablement Tools
Coordinate the preparation of promotional materials for Global Trade Shows (Expos) and B2B marketing initiatives alongside the Graphic Designer
Transform technical industry statistics and market news into visually compelling infographics and sales tools.
Develop and maintain a full set of Business & Sales Assets for a seafood company, including product- related documents and corporate portfolios.
Digital Media & Asset Management
Oversee and update company Websites, Chat Lines, and official Emails to ensure brand consistency.
Execute Newsletters with professional design and layout to keep clients and partners informed.
Manage brand presence and optimize content on B2B platforms.
Event & Expo Management
Coordinate the visual identity for event booths, including the design of displays and branding elements.
Coordinate the marketing preparation for the Expos and other international trade fairs.
Ensure all marketing materials are synchronized with the event’s theme and business objectives.
Support Content Production
Content Production: Create and curate videos, photography, infographics, and statistics that translate technical data into engaging visuals.
Produce educational and marketing content focusing on specific product lines and industry standards.
Campaigns: Support the launch of publicity campaigns with clear visual messaging.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications
Experience: 2- 3 years in Marketing. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including Marketing Agencies, IT, or other fast- paced industries, who can bring fresh perspectives and creative standards to the seafood sector.
Communication: Fluent in English to effectively manage international platforms and newsletters.
Organizational Skills: Strong project organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail across various projects.
Design Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator) to produce professional business assets and marketing materials.
Willingness to travel and work on- site at factories when required.
Technical Plus: Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a significant advantage.
Creative Mindset: Ability to contribute fresh ideas and transform technical industry data into "inspiring" visual stories.
CV must be submitted in English.
