Creative Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Develop ideas, design, contribute idea to art direction for marketing campaigns, promotions…

Job Accountabilities

Look for new ideas/ creatives through learning from the market, competition and trend
Execute ideas flawlessly paying attention to design, layout and typography at the best possible standard
Hand- on & supervise the designer do the final artwork for printing production
Work independently to develop design directions
Quick sketch to visualize the design before drafting
Understand the creative briefs & come up with creative idea
Prepare the draft design based on the agreed brief
Review final layouts and suggest improvements
Exploration and conceptualization of design options and solutions
Adaptable to feedback & supervise the creation of artwork
Explains and substantiates existing or potential design direction in meetings
Contribute to ideas brainstorming sessions
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas
Design scope includes
Develop decoration for new store opening
POSM designs for promotions, product/ services launche, events, company activities, branding materials/ packaging…
Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager
Develop graphic designs for social media platforms like Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok
Design for web- based and mobile applications
Support Creative Senior Manager/ Creative team to develop new design concepts from time to time

Over 5 years of experience in designing field
Hand drawing & sketch is an advantage
Degree in Multimedia Design /Graphic Design/ UI & UX Design
Creative, well- organized, detail- oriented, multi- tasking, professional, patient, positive, teamwork and pro- active always
Can storyboard or translate ideas to design
Experience in developing designs with inspiring text and graphics. Understand social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram…) and constantly update new trends. Knowledge of user interface designs for mobile apps and website
Willing to work overtime and on weekends. Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment
Efficient with graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. Knowledge of using After Effects and Premier Pro as well as basic understanding of Photography, 3D is a plus
Ability to work under high pressure, tight deadlines
