[Crescent Mall] Marketing Executive - Events

Prepare & manage technical requirements (sound, lighting, stage setup...).
Research and propose new event ideas and seasonal decor trends.
Coordinate and supervise seasonal decoration, ensuring schedule, budget, and brand standards.
Prepare summary reports for line manager after each event.
Execute and evaluate events and promotional campaigns at Crescent Mall.
Track and evaluate event effectiveness (footfall, ROI, customer feedback...).
Coordinate all event activities: ideation, preparation, execution, post- event review, and reporting.
Act as a liaison between Crescent Mall and suppliers, clients, and retailers.

Basic knowledge of event and seasonal decoration, design, production, and installation.
University degree in a related major.
At least 2 years of experience in Marketing/Events.
Strong communication & collaboration skills with promoters, agencies, and retailers.
Proficient in MS Office.
English: can communicate and work with foreigners.
Skilled in event management, report writing, procedures, and business correspondence.
Attitude: honest, enthusiastic, responsible, neat, flexible, and positive mindset.
