The jobholder is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing activities and managing the customer relationship process.
Marketing tasks:
Build content plans; write content and work with designers/videographers for visual channels.
Develop and manage marketing budgets; and prepare summary reports.
Attend events, gather business insights, and schedule events to support business needs.
Propose marketing plans, keep them updated, and own execution from idea to delivery.
Register promotions, assist with relevant paperwork and documentation.
Measure and report campaign performance.
Create, review, and edit promotional and informational materials.
CRM tasks:
Handle complaints professionally with empathy and a solution- oriented mindset to strengthen customer relationships.
Receive, record, and follow up on customer requests and complaints until resolved.
Support managers in planning and implementing CRM strategies.
Create CRM campaign content.
Conduct phone surveys.
Support Sales and Service teams when required.
Manage CRM systems and customer platforms.
