● Come up with creative ideas, prepare proposals, oversee the production process & execution, and report the results to the people in charge.
● Responsible for managing CRM systems and customer- related platforms.
● Manage daily customer surveys by phone on customer satisfaction (Sales & After- Sales).
● Create emails and other content as part of a wider marketing campaign.
● Collaborate with other departments and ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business and develop testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach.
● Other assigned tasks by the line manager.
● Support managers in planning and creating CRM strategies.
● Attend physical and virtual events, gain insights for business, schedule events for business.
● Answer customer queries and deal with complaints and ensure customer database correct for targeted marketing activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
● The ability to meet tight deadlines and good time management skills.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Familiarity with systems for CRM or other CRM applications.
● At least 1- 3 years of marketing- related experience, preferably in a similar industry.
● Teamworking and good communication skills.
● Detail and person oriented.
● Excellent writing and communication skills.
● Commercial awareness, good analytical skills.
