The jobholder is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing activities and managing the customer relationship process.
Marketing tasks:
Propose marketing plans, keep them updated, and own execution from idea to delivery.
Develop and manage marketing budgets; and prepare summary reports.
Create, review, and edit promotional and informational materials.
Attend events, gather business insights, and schedule events to support business needs.
Measure and report campaign performance.
Build content plans; write content and work with designers/videographers for visual channels.
Register promotions, assist with relevant paperwork and documentation.
CRM tasks:
Support managers in planning and implementing CRM strategies.
Create CRM campaign content.
Manage CRM systems and customer platforms.
Receive, record, and follow up on customer requests and complaints until resolved.
Support Sales and Service teams when required.
Handle complaints professionally with empathy and a solution- oriented mindset to strengthen customer relationships.
Conduct phone surveys.

Detail and person oriented.
Commercial awareness, good analytical skills.
Teamworking and good communication skills.
At least 1- 3 years of marketing- related experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent writing skills.
Experience in marketing or CRM is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
The ability to meet tight deadlines and good time management skills.
