CS-Order Controller (Textile/ Garment/ Footwear)

Will be received client&039;s complaint & in front of challenging situations.
Handle internal query on order status.
Handle client queries (collect information/ advice from related team(s))
Prepare Proforma Invoice (PI) (understand Sales quotation & test assignment of job) & send to client.
Able to deal with hard situation & have skill to soften it & seek for a solution to maintain client&039;s retention.
Check client payment status (contract or in advance) & updated report release status"
Provide correct PI to Admin team for invoicing
Deliver company service to client
Clarify unclear information of testing program with Key Account Manger"
Willing on handling a new request/ procedure.
Handle client complaint
Check Test Application Form of many buyers testing programs & sample size; and follow- up with client on the missing.
Sample pick up request.
Able to cooperate with other teams (ex: Lab, Reporting, Sales) to satisfy client&039;s requirement.
Able to satisfy client&039;s need within scope of job
Give guideline to client how to fulfil a test application form
Register job into company software

- Interested in the testing industry
- Good communication skill in English and Vietnamese
- University or above in Chemical / Textile/Garment, or related field
- Having experiences in testing service is an advantage
- At least 1year experience
- Good skill in MS Office
