Purpose of Position
• Ensure Product Category growth by delivery technical solution applied for different kinds of
activity to approach different customer segments
Key accountabilities & Detail tasks:

• Trouble shooting at customers to support them in solving issues in their daily production in a
• Give demonstrations with Rich’s products, service applications in order to create close relationship with the customers
• Positively influence purchase orders from customers by great product demonstrations and highlighting our high quality differentiating product range

• Proactively works with Area Sales Manager (ASM), Regional Sates Manager (RSM) and customer(s) to grow sales in areas through introduction of targeted applications
Product & promotion
• Conduct product testing and build application development matrix to map product benefits with suitable and applications.
• Contribute to new product launches (product testing, pictures & video’s, market tests …)
• Execute MKT events to promote the products to customers
Application development
• Propose new applications using Rich Products development by applying the basics of category management and gap analysis and taking into account the production set- up of customer
• Create applications, recipes and concepts in close collaboration with Digital, product and
• Actively look for customer needs and market trends and translate these into inspirational applications
trade marketing team
• Conduct application video and photoshoots
Develop Rich’s technical Capabilities:
• Stay up to date on new technologies, machinery/equipment, trends and techniques and share with other technical experts
• Plans and executes national trainings for Rich’s associate
• Conduct technical and product training for new capabilities associates
Participate in network building:
• Develop and contribute in the internal chef community
• Seeking for opportunities to participate in external competitions, showcases to enhance
• Develop and maintain a network of schools, machinery manufacturers, professional patisserie organizations, chef clubs

• Work in alignment with Technical coordinators for monthly plan and capture on CRM

• Monthly team market update and application
