Coordinates and arranges activities according to the Director of Culinary’s requirements.
Ensures a high level of organization and cleanliness in the work area.
Ensure all office equipment is functioning and serviced regularly.
Compiles daily revenue and log reports from all venues for the Director of Culinary’s perusal.
Attends all Culinary&039;s meetings, takes the minutes of such meetings accurately, transcribing and circulating to appropriate personnel.
To liaise with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chef and assist them in their duties.
Arranges appointments and meetings for the Director of Culinary, recording the same in his diary and ensuring that he has the appropriate documentation for each appointment.
Assess priorities of work and wherever possible, assist in organizing the Director of Culinary’s priorities.
Yêu cầu công việc
Outstanding organizational and coordination skills.
Minimum 2- 3 years of experiences in hotel, with at least 1 year of experience in a Culinary Coordinator hospitality environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration or English (specific field relevant to the company&039;s focus)
